Cancelling a membership
Log in, click your initials in the top right, then My Account.
Open the Subscriptions tab.
Click the three dots next to your membership and choose Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription.
You can also message us and we'll do it for you.
Refunds
Memberships: only the first month can be refunded.
The Producer's Path: within 90 days of purchase.
Other courses and products: within 30 days of purchase.
To ask for a refund, message us here with the email you bought with.
