Replacing an expired card

The Payment Methods tab has no Add button. You add the new card from inside your subscription.

The short version

Don't use the Payment Methods tab to replace an expired card. It only lets you change the old card's expiry date, and it won't let you delete a card that's paying for a subscription. You add the new card from inside your subscription instead.

Steps

  1. Log in at producerdojo.com/login.

  2. Click your initials in the top right, then My Account.

  3. Open the Subscriptions tab and click your membership.

  4. On the right, next to Payment Method, click the gear icon.

  5. Click Add New Card, enter your new card, and make sure it's the one selected.

  6. Optional: once the new card is on the subscription, go to the Payment Methods tab and delete the expired card.

Same card number, new expiry date?

If your bank only changed the expiry date, open the Payment Methods tab, click Edit on the card, set the new date and click Update Payment Method.
